As manager and director of several organisations and projects I am very skilled in organising an entire operation from start to finish. My goal during these projects, however big or small they might be, is to use the talents of the respected employees in the departments where they can prosper. I am often described as a true people manager and try to construct a transparant hierarchy where people feel free to communicate with one another on situations that are successful or debate about which departments need some more refinement. My work experience consists of working for big corporations, small start–ups, (local) governments and working abroad. Because of the fact I speak Dutch and German fluently and am very skilled at English I always see international business as an opportunity to expand knowledge, network and skills. People make people work better, more efficient and harder. I try to make sure this goes as smoothly as possible whilst containing a positive attitude towards the project with everyone involved.
