Together with a small team of software developers, I implemented a call center solution at Telia Promor AB in the late 90s. It later became the market-leading CCaaS product Telia CallGuide and Telia ACE. Over the years, billions of calls, chats, emails, and other interactions have been routed by the software my team and I developed.As chief designer and product manager, I led the development of Telia ACE, which evolved into the market-leading contact center product in the Nordics, successfully competing with world-leading products. It was recognized by Gartner as one of Europe’s top CCaaS solutions. Today, over 200 people work with the product within Telia Company AB.In 2013, I was in charge of developing the product Telia Touchpoint, a cloud-based UC solution for the Nordic market.As the strategy officer for Telia ACE today, I oversee the development and roadmap of Telia ACE’s portfolio, including Virtual Agents, Chatbots, Business Intelligence, CCaaS with Generative AI LLM/GPT, RAG, and other techniques, to create the optimal product for customer meetings.
