During 2019 appointed on contract to lecture statistics at Stellenbosch University. Full-time appointment as lecturer in Statistics from 1 November 2020.Continued involvement in projects on contract such as the development and teaching of an online course introducing R and Statistics for the Stellenbosch School of Data Science.

Headed a new department and appointed as change agent. Responsible for all university publications, included the website, all institutional marketing.Lead the extensive rebranding and repositioning of the institution for which I was awarded the Vice Chancellor's award for excellence.

Headed a department of about 40 people. Assumed marketing responsibility for all Gauteng and national products. During my tenure commissioned various extensive research projects such as early research into a national tabloid, which later developed into the Daily Sun. Lead projects such as the launch of Amakhozi, repositioning exercises for the Pretoria News, The Star, Business Report and the launch of the Sunday Independent.
