As manager of the administrative process I make sure that the entire workflow of the company runs efficiently and effectively, by controlling the administrative tasks, to come up with modifications of the system and to implement these by temporarily taking over tasks and to restructure these. Effectively I stand right beside the general manager to execute the companies policies and I control a great part of the company workflow by providing both the GM and the employees with relevant information. I am the one that people turn to for answers - both in the fields of IT, client information, budgets, human resources, finance, logistics and administration, and in the field of care.
