Responsibility: In addition to being a project manager, as Senior project manager, my role included making project proposals to customers as well as scoping the technical solutions, schedules and deliverables with the customers. Success of a project outcome was not only limited to achieving the technical scope, but equally important to keep customers engaged throughout the project, that the customer is satisfied with the final outcome.Results: Completed successful projects with Saudi Aramco (Coiled tubing) and British Gas (HPHT 400F and 20.000psi wireline tool)

Responsibility: Leading an Innovation startup on the development and commercialization of new completion technology.As the program manager for the completions group, I built up the organization, recruiting engineers and technicians for development and technical support, whilst engaging customers on the solution and value proposition to utilize this new technology.Result: Qualified and sold products to ConocoPhillips. Completions is now established with its own manufacturing and product portfolio in Esbjerg.

Responsibility: Project manager on strategic projects. Projects with either a highdegree of technological complexity and/or contractual obligations to external parties.Results: Successfully managed the projects from startup to completion, one of the main projects led to the startup of the completions group.

Responsibility: To develop new intervention tools and improve on existing tools.Results: I have designed a complete ATEX certified surface equipment, a 212 Coil Tubing Tractor, a Ball Drop sub with ball catcher for Horizontal applications, Cable head for coiltubing tools. I also did Research on corrosion resistant surfaces for use on tools used for acidstimulations. Lead Engineer on ‘high Profile jobs’.

Responsibility: Development and design of turn-key manufacturing facility utilizing Sprayforming technology to produce high-end tool steel. Designing Nitrogen purged spray chamber, raw material handling, plant layout, dimensioning of cooling, air circulation etc. Follow up on suppliers progress from quotation to installation at the factory site.Results: In 1.5 years with 3 colleges, we build a new manufacturing (Later sold to Uddeholm inSweeden)

Responsibility: Design of special hydraulic tools, both customizations of commercialized product aswell as new development.Results: Helped to develop a design standard for 'High temperature hydraulic nuts' (HTNUTS)and 'Multistud tensioners' (MST).
