Recently I started a company Woeha to design audio (interview editing, postproduction, jingles, environmental sounds) to podcast-makers. Woeha also creates interactive audio applications and (music software) instruments.

Artistic research on site-specific music and live electronics

Docent 'Live Electronics' and 'Sound Realisation' in the music department for composition & performance students at bachelor, master and postgraduate level.

For my PhD, entitled 'The Creative Process in Contemporary Polyphonic Music' (2014) (promotor G. W. Raes) I studied 8 composers while writing a polyphonic work and performed a self-study during two years. I also worked together with the IPEM institute (University Ghent), led by Marc Leman (co-promotor).

Between 2010 and 2013 I was a researcher in the international research teamORCiM (Orpheus Research Centre in Music) at the Orpheus Institute. Between 2010 and 2015 I was coordinator of MAO (Module Artistiek Onderzoek) inthe Orpheus Institute. MAO was a meeting platform on artistic research for theHigher Music Education institutes of Flanders. In this position I wasfacilitator of regular meetings between the research coordinators of theseinstitutes and co-organizer of research seminars and events.

Teacher 'Piano', 'Accompaniment' and 'Harmony' at the music school 'Stedelijke Academie voor Muziek en Woord' in Deinze (B). From 2007 to 2010 I also taught live electronic music at this school to children and teenagers. This course was part of an innovative pedagogical project selected by the Flemish Ministry of Education.

For seven years I was programmer and organizer of the concerts, together with the team of the Logos Foundation. Logos is a centre for experimental and contemporary music and audio arts.
