Hans Schreuder is the General Manager for Strategy & Business Development at Bayobab Group. Since joining the company in 2021, Hans has held various strategic roles that have seen him play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of Bayobab.Hans has over 19 years of experience in the Telecom and Tech industries focusing on strategy, growth and transformation. Prior to joining Bayobab Group, Hans held various executive positions including Head of Corporate Strategy & Transformation in a GCC telecom incumbent operator and co-founded an AI startup focused on enterprise productivity. He spent the first 10 years of his career in top-tier M&A advisory and strategy consulting roles at Bear Stearns, NM Rothschild and Delta Partners. Hans has lived and worked across the MEA region for 15 years and in addition to his day-to-day activities, he is also a tech investor and holds various Board and advisory roles. He is an avid traveller, having visited over 70 countries with on-the-ground professional experience in over 30 countries. However, when grounded, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and reading history books.Hans holds a BSc in Business Management from Babson College with a concentration in Finance.
