Hans joined PharmaChem Technologies in January 2018, with responsibilities including Environment, Health & Safety, Production, Supply Chain & Distribution, Quality Control & Analytical Development, Process Development, Engineering, Maintenance & Utilities as well as Project Sunrise - building our new state-of-the-art multi-product cGMP facility in Freeport, which started chemical manufacture in May 2022.

The Rock County Emergency Management Bureau (RCEM) leads the County in planning, response, recovery and mitigation efforts for large-scale events, emergencies and disasters impacting the citizens of Rock County, Wisconsin.

Hans started his industrial career as a Research & Development Manager with SKW Trostberg AG in his native Germany. Over the next two decades, Hans has had Senior Management responsibilities in R&D, Business Development, Production and Production Coordination, Project Management and as Site Manager with what is now Evonik Industries AG. His assignments throughout the years have taken Hans to work around the globe, and to live with his family in Germany, Canada, and the United States. He also served on the board of several chemical industry associations.Key Achievements and Accomplishments:Successful Tech transfer, Process Validation and commercial manufacture of one of the most successful oligonucleotide APIs Ensuring a sustainable >10% Production increase while reaping a >20% reduction in cost Establishing a novel process for a solvent free active ingredient, thereby expanding the existing portfolio of Dietary SupplementsRepeated successful integrations of new business, work forces and internal processes during mergers, bolt-on acquisitions, or carve outsRecurrent involvement in the planning, execution and qualification/handover of major invest, up to >$100m USD
