About Hans Torm

I have a deep passion for software development. Beginning in my teens as a hobbyist and from 2008 as professional software developer. Later on - when taking on other job roles - I have always strived to have time allocated to hands on software development.My deep and diverse IT knowledge combined with a strong ability to learn new business domains makes me a strong problem solver and I feel comfortable in most IT roles from Software Developer or Enterprise Architect, to IT management and leadership.Select Achievements- Renewal of legacy products to ensure maintainability and stability without scrapping the existing code base- Extending legacy desktop products with modern web services and interfaces in .NET- Designing and developing several new systems in .NET with modern micro service based web stack in a team as lead / architect- Answering technical parts in bids for public tenders
