I help companies shape their business with appropriate design methodologies. I listen to my customer closely and ask a lot of why questions to understand what is their goal and why it is their goal. To help my customer the best I have to understand is who is the target audience. This often is one starting point of the research - to understand who is my customer's customer, and what are their needs and values. Research focus depends on the problem at hand and can also include analyzing competitors and different stakeholders' influence over the company and its customers.

Started as a service designer in a two-piece design team. Over the course of the project had to lead the design processes and designers. I was responsible for recruiting new designers to the project, making sure that handovers are done properly, planning team resources, and holding regular 1-on-1s with design team members. After each milestone, we held a retrospective with the main goal to improve our approach to solving customer problems and team efficiency.

In Aasa Global I was responsible for all digital customer touch-points experience across all markets.One of the biggest achievement was doing visual update to digital touch-points that became base for creating and implementing central design library and starting a process with co-stakeholders for creating central front-end component library that could be used in all markets where Aasa operates.Another big project was conducting anthropological research among our customers to create customer segments by their mental models and values instead of classical approach (age/sex/location/income/...) and mapping out full customer journeys (starting with need and creating awareness to ending with retaining customers).

My role was leading Swedbank Baltic mobile app user experience design. During my tenure I was leading the re-design project of Swedbank Baltic mobile apps. I also initiated the research among Swedbank customers to create mobile specific personas which were in later phases in the center of design decision making process and user-testing validation. In addition I helped re-shape UX team hiring process to attract new talent and test mindset of prospective designers.
