I am an experienced Master in Animal Science with a solid education from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University with advanced studies in animal breeding and production management. I have more than 20 years of experience in pig production and poultry production and have had various areas of responsibility and roles in the industry.I started my career as a volunteer in the Department for Breeding and Propagation under the National Committee for Pigs and continued as a consultant in the same department at Dansk Svineproduktion. Subsequently, I was employed as a teacher in pig production at Vejlby Landbrugsskole, and later as a pig consultant at LandboMidtØst. I have worked as a production consultant and chief production manager at DanHatch A/S, where I was responsible for parent stock production, purchasing breeding animals and feed, and later as a senior consultant at Danbred, SEGES, where I developed quality programs and production manuals as well as provided breeding and production support to customers without for Denmark.In my employment as Pig Production Specialist at Skov A/S, I provided technical sales support for the ProGrow concept and developed digital solutions for customers.I have extensive experience in pig production and poultry production (parent animals), and I am used to working with breeding, propagation, production optimization and quality systems. I am a results-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
