As part of the supervisory board I am the main link between the shareholders and the management of the Dynaf Group. As formal CEO and founder of the Dynaf Group, I am still very much involved in the product and market innovation of our company. Working in this part time function gives me the opportunity to oversee the market developments and needs to be able to keep Dynaf Group at the front of the field when it comes to the innovations needed for a fast and smooth energy transition towards a more sustainable future.

Dynaf is specialized in service, sales and rental of diesel generating sets, UPS systems, Solar energy installations and Electrical Vehicle charging solutions in the Dutch Caribbean. I started the company in 1999 and have grown to an organization with a total of more than 50 employees, servicing more than 500+ generating sets and more than 100 UPS systems in Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire and St Maarten. Other product lines of Dynaf are: Volvo Penta and John Deere industrial and Marine engines, ABB switchgear, ComAp control systems, Donaldson Filtration solutions and complete PV Solar systems. I am currently actively managing the company.

During the first 2 years I was responsible for the setup of a 24hr remote monitoring service desk for Combined Heat and Power (CHP) generating sets. The last 4 years I was responsible for the realization of new CHP units in The Netherlands. During that time I built over 100 CHP units in Utility projects, Green houses, Penitentiary complexes, Hospitals, Wastewater treatment plants and more.
