I focus on creating presentations, reports on companies of interest, and integrating technology solutions to optimize our work. I'm also currently managing and designing our website.

Redesigned the community teams’ framework, workflow, and purpose in order to more effectively support Scout members. Led a team to organize multiple large-scale events, sustain internal relations and engagement, and maintain our alumni network. Working with other teams to host workshops as an external event that can be attended by anyone. Hosting internal events to increase moral and a sense of community within our large 100+ person community.

Worked as a Project Manager for a design team working on websites design, product design and brand design for internal projects within Yan Tak. Acted as the primary contact between the internal clients and the design team, conducting meetings to ensure that all aspects of our deliverables follow the vision of the internal client. Organized internal communications through planning meetings and summarizing client meetings on notion. Crafted compelling copy for design team's products and websites, enhancing user engagement and brand consistency.

I assisted the teacher of this course with grading, questions, and keeping up with students on their progress.

Working with the team to manage seasonal and continual ecological projects pertaining to the diverse populations of endemic and non-endemic species of Fregate Island. Working with a diverse set of backgrounds (Guests, Videographers, Scientists, and Conservation Org Owners) to share the work, science, and product of the conservation efforts within Fregate.

Assisted the general manager throughout the day, taking notes during morning meetings, organizing schedules, ensuring long term goals were on the path to being completed, and conducting daily assessments on the progress multiple projects. Though my job was as the assistant to the general manager, I also worked with the resorts local dive shop, organizing guest's diving schedules and assisting the dive instructors during their dives. To gain a better understanding of all the work that is put into every aspect of the resort, I have also trained as a masseuse, janitor, waiter, and a tile setter. Additionally, I worked with the finance team, to ensure all the money being used was documented correctly and receipts were kept in order, and construction team, to ensure our inventory was up to date.

Worked with WiseOceans to do a Reef Site Assessment on the multiple reefs surrounding Sila Island Resort. Went around to neighboring islands to also conduct research on the conditions of the surrounding environments through interviews with locals who did not speak English. Research also included a night where my team and I drove out into the open seas to interview and gather data on what local fisherman were catching with gill nets. Coral Assessment Research included 3 dives daily, with my primary role being invertebrate counts, fish identification, and fish counts. I also assisted with the writing and editing of the official assessment that was later given to the client (Sila Island Resort) and utilized grant applications. Presented the research done and research on coral reefs to 400+ people at the neighboring islands.
