What drives me most about working is making new connections, developing long-lasting relations, sharing information and experiences. I am enthusiastic about organising, co-ordination, finding solutions and getting the desired end result with my projects. My strongest points are being organized, persistent, and creative. However, I work well on my own initiative as well and can handle multiple tasks at once when needed for specific projects or tasks assigned. Being a good communicator is also key when it comes to building relationships.
