As the VP of Assembly Service and Quality at Saildrone, I am responsible for the assembly and service of mission-capable autonomous surface vehicles, ready to deliver value to our customers across various domains and applications. In support of that business objective, I also lead the field engineering, reliability engineering, failure analysis, product operations, and quality program teams, ensuring high standards of performance, quality, and safety.With more than 10 years of leadership experience in defense and commercial technical operations in dynamic start-up environments, I have a proven track record of creating and leading teams to rapidly grow operations for complex technology products. Previously, I held senior operational roles at Anduril Industries and Tesla, where I supported engineering efforts, product installations, maintenance, testing, and user training. My professional career began as an artillery officer in the Marine Corps, leading cross-functional teams in operational execution throughout two overseas deployments. I graduated with merit from the US Naval Academy earning BS degrees in naval architecture and English.
