Work with Post War and Contemporary Department and Asian Contemporary Art Department in the preparation and coordination of all online sales property for cataloging, photography, and inventory. Liason between Post War and Contemporary and Asian Contemporary Art Department and vendors for the preparation and logistics of high value art movement to photography studios. Prepare all property for gallery load in of all sales. This includes hardware installation, issuing sale and lot numbers to all property, hinging and framing works on paper with stock frames, and binning of property for proper shipment to galleries. Work with the Receiving Department in expediting delivery of work to photo studios or galleries for time sensitive photo deadlines and gallery installations. Work with Gallery Operations in coordinating the installation of all work for pertinent sales. Work with Post Sale Department in coordinating the breakdown and shipment of all Post War Property to the Post Sale Department at Rockerfeller Center and CFASS (Christies Fine Art Storage Facilities) Brooklyn.Create Spreadsheets to organize and update all property needed to be cataloged and photographed for before transmission deadlines.
