This will improve the satisfaction of the employees, the customer service and the companies results.We provide an integration of the classical 'Bricks', 'Bytes' and 'Behavior' aspects and add 'Business' as a 4th critical element to the NWoW implementation. I use my experience as NWoW change agent, my project management skills, my competences as certified coach and my process management background to support my customers in their step towards the future of work.

AXA in Belgium has decided to implement the New World of Work. This is a large project and will require a change of each employee. In the function of coach/change agent I help departments in the transition towards the new way of working during a 4 month change project. Along the way I provide change consultancy, give training, animate workshops and have personal coachings with managers in the transition.

Conducted 7 lean transformations within AXA Belgium using McKinsey lean methodology - Analyzed the current state of each department and identified improvement opportunities with high impact. F- Installed the basis of a continuous improvement framework targeting efficiency improvement, quality increase, customer orientation, people engagement and effective performance management- Coached the team managers on the set up of lean tools and on their people management skillsAfter the 7 waves I accompanied departments during the months after the implementation of lean management to put the continuous improvement mechanism in place.

As project analyst I am currently working on projects to improve the Customer Data management of BNP Paribas Fortis. This involves redesigning Front and Back office processes and adapting IT applications.

Function within the HR service for the IT, Operations and Facility departments within BNP Paribas Fortis. I was responsible for change management projects related to Talent Management. Projects I conducted/collaborated on were:- Implementation of teleworking- Information Management- Competence Mapping- Development path for New managers

Experience with Process Management (BPM, Lean, ARIS,...) and project management (Prince 2 certified).For Fortis I have worked within - The accounting department of Merchant banking: process improvement of 'emitting new products' process.- IST for Fortis Belgium: Project for implementing a new project management methodology (based on Prince 2, ITIL and CobIT)- Securities Handling department: Mapping the structure of the software for handling securities + writing a manual for new users.
