As a producer, I was responsible for organizing and overseeing the development of DwarfHeim, using an Agile approach together with my team leads. Making sure we reached our milestones within the budgeted time, in addition to doing HR tasks such as hiring people, as well as fundraising through invest-campaigns and public grants.In addition, I was the creative control over the design of the game, writing much of the documentation and design. Creating marketing materials, and hosted public testing, tournaments and ran social media campaigns for the game, which helped us reach 15 000 sign-ups on our closed Beta.I worked as Lead Producer until January 2020, after which I changed to a Game Director position to focus more closely with the developers on design and creative decisions, as well as work with partners for marketing until launch.DwarfHeim is an RTS game with a unique co-op and asymmetric multiplayer experience. The game was featured on the PC Gaming show 2020 and launched as a Top Seller on Steam into Early Access in September 2020. The game has had an active online community since its launch, receiving praise for its unique multiplayer design, frequent updates, and Friend-pass, which allow players to bring in friends to try multiplayer Survival through a free client.
