Almost 20 years experience in sales & marketing using my leadership to inspire and motivate teams to perform at its best. Encourage a healthy work/life balance for my group and creating a cultural environment that makes it fun to go to work. I am the most happy when I see a person succeeding and excelling in what they do.I have a long history of working in the pharmaceutical industry. Skilled in therapeutical areas like ophthalmology, urology, oncology, medical devices, gastro, bleeding disorders, dermatology, rheumatology, asthma and allergy. Special interest in new digital solutions to leverage sales and marketing questions. But my main asset is my leadership and the way I try to inspire and bring the best out of individual people but mostly a team.My big interest in my spare time is also something that have become a profession. I love handball and other sports and I have worked as a radio commentator, panel moderator and facilitator, interviewing live in front of large audiences, created my own podcast and anchored live online TV. This is an environment where I am happy and that creates energy for me.I build teams by being transparent, open and trustworthy. If I can gain a person or groups trust, I will earn that trust back. By doing that we will create an accountability between each other and a direction on where and what we are doing. Potentiating the outcome of the work needed to be done.
