The project had a very high level of complexity and a very ambitious timeline. All technologies were implemented according to schedule. As technical project manager the task was to budget and plan how this complex system could be developed within an extremely short timeline of one year. I was leading a group of 20 engineers with various expert skills from structural experience to PHD, doctors and fluid analysis experts.
