Developed one of a kind work aid tool / everyday training that save days of reading for engineers that must know the details of the 3GPP LTE specifications. I later approached 3GPP executives at different events and showed them how we could make their material easier to understand – we are now one of a handful companies in the world with a link out from 3GPP web and our material and expert comments are visible and used by over 250 000 engineers.

aWaves academy - a leading training company within 3GPP LTE standards.I managed the business development and sales. Using cold calls and face to face meeting at events, I developed good business relations with organizations like Ericsson, 3GPP, Nokia, Tieto, Telefonica and AT&T. My ability to analyze my customers challenges and offer winning solutions was key to establish the business.

The overall task was to help digital service providers to launch their services. My role was to understand the value proposition of each service and then expose and explain the services to broadband operators. I arranged a series of match making mini-fair for e-health and property maintenance services.

Working for Ericsson Research, I started and managed the Ericsson System Architects Program – a global strategic competence network for the next generation of technical leaders with the overall objectives to enhance knowledge charing and support a more effective technology evolution. Working for Ericsson University – I was one of three project managers responsible for a global middle management program intended for several thousands of middle managers. I was responsible for the technology part. The goal was to visualize the strategies, mixing leadership, technology and business into one program supporting change and a more effective middle management. I managed reference groups around the world to make sure the development also consider local variations.
