Facilities Manager
Current- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance for three locations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and monthly reports to meet performance objectives.- Lead recruitment, mentoring, and professional development of facilities staff; establish performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.- Manage capital expenditure planning, budget monitoring, and variance analysis, ensuring cost-effective solutions.- Enhance preventive, predictive, and responsive maintenance programs using CMMS, improving operational efficiency.- Collaborate with external service providers to negotiate contracts, manage projects, and ensure adherence to agreements.- Drive continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and programs, maintaining alignment with municipal, provincial, and federal legislative requirements.
