Since 2007 AgriCord implements the Farmers Fighting Poverty Programme. Work on direct programs with children with focus on child protection and child rights governance as well as on regional and national advocacy for enhancing resources dedicated to children's rights and for improved governmental implementation of child rights. Southern Sudan

Managed a country program with 200+ staff, an annual budget of 4,5 millon USD. The program focussed on children's right to education, protection and participation. Throughout the program we aimed at strengthening local government through capacity building and advocacy. Relocated the country office from Nairobi to Juba well ahead of planned relocation timeline

Global

Facilitator at workshops of 5 days for senior managers from Save the Children programs - providing a learning feedback on participants performance throughout the workshop. Sofar facilitated one workshop for senior managers- in Spanish in Bogota November 2011 - and two for senior leaders in London September 2011 and April 2012
