Role Overview:The Owner and Producer at Vision to Images LLC is responsible for overseeing all aspects ofvideo and film production, with a focus on commercial projects. This role includes managingpre-production, production, and post-production processes to deliver high-quality visual content.The position involves coordinating with clients, developing creative concepts, and ensuring thatall projects meet the established standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities:• Video Production Management: Lead and manage video production projects fromconcept to completion, ensuring that all phases of production are executed efficiently andmeet client specifications.• Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, and provide creativesolutions, and deliver final products that align with their vision and objectives.• Creative Direction: Develop and refine creative concepts for commercial and filmprojects, including scriptwriting and storyboarding.• Pre-production Planning: Oversee pre-production activities such as budgeting,scheduling, casting, location scouting, and equipment selection.• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with production teams, including cameraoperators, editors, and other personnel, to ensure seamless execution of projects.• Post-production Oversight: Manage post-production tasks, including editing, sounddesign, and visual effects, to produce polished and professional final products.• Scriptwriting: Write and develop film scripts, with several scripts officially registered.Plan to produce and direct these scripts into feature films.• Business Development: Expand the company's presence in the commercial and filmindustry, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships withindustry professionals.
