As the Regional Director of Data Center Operations, I am responsible for Operations oversight , leadership, management and vision for the technical operations of Data Centers within the Mid-Atlantic. Build productive and talented teams that lead our company to higher quality, and more stability when it comes to supporting our customers' mission critical environments. On a daily basis I provide technical, tactical and strategic leadership in the execution of Data Center technical operations. Develop, revise and implement cost-effective and efficient solutions to meet the current and future requirements related to the operation of complex systems and processes supporting mission-critical data center facilities. Advise and implement high security standards to support federal requirements. Provide customer-facing presence for Data Center Operations with regards to in-region customer business reviews, strategic and tactical customer operations-related requests and projects/initiatives, operations issue escalation, resolution and follow-up. Develop, lead and support in-region goals and initiatives. Ensure consistency in regional capital budgeting, infrastructure upgrade strategic plans, and operational budgets. Develop and implement strategies for in-region investment in Operations talent and team health, succession planning and opportunities for growth for operating staff.My goal is to continue to accept challenges and grow the organization. I enjoy growing our federal security stance and federal business. With my Ultimate goal to become the Chief Operating Officer of a Data Center Company.
