Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership team, I am responsible for our E-Commerce P&L and business operations, including both the selling and fulfillment of product, across our enterprise portfolio of 12 Consumer and Commercial brands, and our New Ventures strategic growth initiatives, via M&A, business development, and other priority workstreams. I manage a fantastic team that drives growth in our brands through innovation, pricing strategy, strong partnerships with our retailer and customer base, a robust e-commerce ecosystem, and a wide array of marketing activities.PurposeBuilt Brands is a private equity owned company that develops, acquires, and grows premium, market-leading specialty cleaning brands, including Weiman, Green Gobbler, and Goo Gone. Our products are sold to consumers in mass, grocery, home improvement, hardware, and e-commerce channels, and to commercial enterprises in the food service, healthcare, and industrial verticals.

Brought on-board by private equity owners to build out and lead a Marketing and Brand Management team from scratch at Weiman. Maintained functional oversight for brand management, e-commerce/digital marketing, and graphic design and scaled team to support growth initiatives. Responsible for business results, innovation pipeline, and all marketing activity across consumer portfolio, consisting of six brands. Report to CEO and sit on Executive Leadership team.

Responsible for P&L and marketing budget encompassing Ziploc® Home Organization and Ziploc® Containers businesses. Developed business and marketing strategies and provided oversight of innovation pipeline for Ziploc® Containers and the acquisition of Space Bag® business, completed in June 2012. Managed and developed four direct reports: one Brand Manager, one Associate Brand Manager, one Assistant Brand Manager, and one contract employee.Key Results:Led integration of Space Bag® acquisition into Ziploc® business, including assessment of 800+ global SKUs, creation of new packaging with re-branding to Ziploc® Space Bag®, and development of sales materials and transition plans for top retail accounts. Re-launched Ziploc® Space Bag® and grew revenue +40% vs. YA in Q1.Grew Ziploc® Containers revenue +6% vs. YA and profit +90% vs. YA after inheriting the business on a 2-year revenue CAGR of -11%. Turnaround resulted from significant overhaul of marketing strategy, reprioritization of the portfolio, and focused planning with key retailers.Promoted four times during seven year tenure.

Led cross-functional engineering teams of 5-20 people in the design and operation of $10-40MM capital cost air-separation plants, serving steel mills, oil refineries, and semi-conductor fabs as customers.Key Results:Selected from among peers by senior management to relocate to China; managed two critical plant design projects worth $20MM to on-time startup; trained and developed four new Chinese engineers.Directed implementation of design improvements for $10MM product-line plant, yielding 10% capacity increase worth $1MM; led equipment cost-reduction study that resulted in $140M savings.Previous Roles:Engineer
