Providing application deployment, development and support for HR, Internal Communications, Finance, Legal, Facilities, IT and Sales & Marketing. Primary focus on large, high visibility SaaS or cloud-based global initiatives with a broad/diverse group of key stakeholders which require strong organization, communication and negotiations skills. Some examples include implementing Google Enterprise, Workday and Ceridian Dayforce to a global workforce.• Responsible for the replacement and consolidation of payroll environment for US, Canada, Mexico and EMEA to Ceridian SaaS solution. Impacted 9000+ employees with zero variance on schedule, scope and cost and provided a detailed project retrospective to internal and vendor teams which outlined proposed corrective actions for subsequent phases.• Oversaw the replacement of HR Oracle environment with Workday SaaS HR solution. Program completed on schedule and under budget with a customer satisfaction rate of 86%.• Launched rebranded internal HR web and News & Announcement application leveraging responsive development design for mobile applications.• Upgraded OpenText content management environment, internal web presence, to 8.5 with minimal customer impact and zero downtime.• Implemented new global policies application on Vignette Enterprise environment and successfully onboarded a very diverse customer base. Project completed on schedule and 4% under budget.• Replaced HR Helpdesk outdated tracking system with RemedyForce built on Salesforce.• Launched a new internet web presence for the IT Help Desk under very tight budget, resource and time constraints. Site was deployed to all employees within one week of initial aggressive target date.• Developed Facilities request system to replace site|country specific applications and processes on Salesforce using combination of crowdsource and internal development team. Customer satisfaction rate exceeded 81%.
