We give private music course at your home. You don't need to go anywhere and stuck in traffic jam. We believe that our customer's time is priceless. So we offer time efficiency.

I organize more than 100 person to fit into every week music schedule. I analyze every person to know their characteristic and use that information to arrange the church servant schedule. I must make a schedule that can distribute our human resource well. It is not allowed to put talented one altogether in a pool. I must distribute them well.

This is other music school owned by Christopherus Foundation. So my duty here is almost the same as my duty in Christopherus Music School.

I manage this music school (MS) from its operational aspects to business aspects. I analyze what make its number of students dropped or increase. Then I use that information to take actions needed. The challenges are that I must acomodate between the board interests and the teachers needs. It is about mindset from different generation.
