As a commercial real estate broker I provide services to the tenants and owners of commercial property throughout the greater Bay Area. These services include tenant & landlord representation in negotiating leases for office, retail and industrial property; buyer & seller representation in negotiating purchase contracts for the sale, disposition or exchange of commercial property; and buyer & seller representation in negotiating the purchase and sale of land for commercial development.

- Worked with sales force to manage lab, field, and beta trials with customers to ensure successful integration and operation of network.- Coordinated company's product development process, from prototype to general availability, by tracking and reporting product develpment activities involving engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales.- Inspected customer sites and coordinated installation of networking equipment.

Centerpoint Broadband Communications purchased Zaffire, Inc., a privately held company in late 2000. - Assisted in the conception, production and execution of various marketing programs, including product launches, messaging, web site development, literature and collateral development.- Collaborated with the Director of Marketing to create and implement successful direct mail and e-mail based marketing campaigns.

- Assisted in the development and execution of internal/external corporate communication programs involving public relations, media and analyst relations, marketing communications, online marketing, advertising and trade shows.- Assisted in the development of corporate branding materials.- Assisted in the company's trade show programs, including vendor management, booth messaging and design, installation and dismantling, shipping, attendee registration.- Interfaced with the company's web team to devel internal and external website layout and design. Supported maintenance of company's internal website.
