• Developed a telegram bot using AWS in the pursuit to digitise communication between mechanics and users, making it seamless and feasible for both parties.
• Self-researched and proposed the most-suited AWS service to deliver the requirements of the project.
• Optimized mechanic allocation for the towing service by acquiring the closest mechanics location to the user using SQL and Python. Self-learnt SQL in the course of the internship period.
• Applied agile methodology learnt, to ensure the flexibility in the project delivery.
