I joined WorkforceXS as a Personal Care Assistant as I wanted to expose to the real life work environment in Australia, meet new people, and to experience the personal satisfaction of knowing that I'm doing a job that makes a difference. During my tenure at WorkforceXS, I worked at aged care/health care facilities in and around Melbourne and assisted residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.I loved working with and caring for the elderly, making them smile, and doing little things to make their day better. I believe that they are valuable and important, a generation full of wisdom and knowledge. They need to be cared for and protected. I have looked after veterans, former doctors, nurses and so many other sophisticated senior Australians. I will always cherish the time I worked as a PCA and the things I learned from it. sometimes it's the most heart-warming job in the world 🌎💔❤

I love children and watching young minds grow. Hence, I wanted to give my time and skills to support students experiencing educational disadvantage. First Step Montessori is situated in a rural village in Sri Lanka and the children come from low-income households. As a volunteer teacher, I acted as a role model for my students by forming a positive relationship, assisting them to grasp concepts and enjoy early learning.

I was responsible for writing compelling web content for some particular websites and portals. I conducted in-depth research on industry-related topics to write for various targeted audiences, in areas such as real estate, technology, general news, events, fashion, etc... I worked with a qualified team of search engine optimizers and provided them with good-quality articles that would bring traffic to relevant websites. Moreover, I added value by actively engaging with customers/stakeholders and maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
