• Culture and maintain multiple cell lines (10T1/2, Raw, etc.) involving regular passaging and plating for experimentation• Work autonomously to administer treatments to the cells, specifically to assess the impact of beta-catenin and HiF1-α pathways on adipocyte progenitor differentiation• Perform glucose and insulin tolerance tests on 4-6 mice at a time, collecting blood samples at varied time intervals during the test and isolating plasma from those samples• Genotype biological samples by utilizing PCR techniques to identify genetic variations in mice• Dedicate 12+ hours per week• Complete and test various procedures including tissue mounting, tissue microtomy and cutting, nuclear protein isolation, western blotting, RNA isolation, Oil Red O staining, immunofluorescence staining, etc.

Elected to musically lead a competitive, award-winning, all gender A Cappella group. • Plan and run twice to thrice weekly rehearsals by diagnosing areas for vocal improvement in the group and conducting targeted vocal exercises to improve overall group sound. • Prepare the group for and direct the group throughout music video filming sessions, studio recordings, performances like the National A Cappella Convention attended in April 2024, and competitions like the upcoming ICCAs in 2025. • Responsible for communication with external producers and arrangers to prepare projects for release on streaming platforms.

Tutor 5-7 hours a week to reinforce student comprehension of physics and data science concepts and applications. Display patience, thorough understanding of content, and the ability to diagnose and address content misunderstandings. Involved in the shaping of Learn With Us’ brand image and the growth of the organization as a student-run organization. Responsible for pitching new initiatives and recruitment tactics at weekly executive board meetings and collaborating with other sectors of the organization to unify brand. Through social media campaigns and outreach efforts, delve into recruitment tactics and collaborate with other nonprofit social accounts to expand LWU’s reach and attract more volunteers.

Chartered new recruitment campaigns, such as social media spotlights to highlight choir members involved in other communities at the school, shifting more recruitment focus to incoming high school students in the district middle school, and expanding the choir department image to include more than typical formal, choral performance. Organized all related events, planning activities, budgeting required resources, and delegating roles among the rest of the choir council. Moreover, acted as a backstage coordinator and emcee at a variety of performances and fundraisers, and was a point-person for morale issues involving internal conflict and disagreements among students. Planned monthly bonding events with diverse themes and activities to increase member involvement in the program outside of school.
