Career development: My current main role within the company is "Responsible for the development of new markets". As well as being involved with the overall management of the whole group, I am currently concentrating on setting-up new overseas markets such as Egypt, Kenya, Israel, Greece and the restart in Brazil. Job history: Amongst other general tasks at our headquarters in Belgium, for more than 25 years, I was responsible for developing the sales on the Spanish and Portuguese markets. In this regard, I recruited a team of 6 sales reps working on the road under my guidance and supervision. My job was to train, coach and support, accompany and motivate them, in order to educate our clients about our products, broaden our geographical market base and reach our specific sales targets. Along with commercial and administrative support, I also provided technical support, by way of visiting clients, distributors and farmers and making numerous presentations about our range of products and their specific characteristics to benefit and improve crop health, aid growth and production and maximize yields. My responsibilities were, therefore, wide-ranging and encompassed technical and commercial support, along with day-to-day administrative, supervisory, managerial and organisational tasks.Main specialities: Foliar fertilisation in order to improve economic results of crop production and interpretation of soil and leaf analysis.
