As a keen Agilest, I enjoy growing teams and the individuals within. Whilst I don’t subscribe to or propose rigid frameworks and methodologies I do believe creating a safe space for growth which encourages experimentation and learning is the key to cultivating excellence.From a technology perspective, I’m primarily experienced in the .Net space, while somehow always looking after teams with mobile projects. I enjoy research and development and creating proof of concepts of new ideas and technologies. I also have experience in more low level development for more academic projects where performance was key.Over the years my experience has ranged from mobile development to creating secure communication tools; academic research projects to enterprise development more recently; working with students to helping my teams achieve their best.All of this made me who I am, a developer with interests growing towards coaching and mentoring teams.
