Examples of tasks are the introduction of co-branding premium sound systems with Danish loudspeaker manufacturer Dynaudio and introducing Audyssey Laboratories as a partner for tuning premium sound systems.Advance Engineering tasks like DSP system (together with Harman Becker in Straubing, Germany), Subwoofer for estate cars and Multimedia platform (MOST).1997-2001 responsible for the Audio and Communication attribute for the S70, V70 and C70 cars.Participated in presentations and press drives for several different Volvo models as spokesman for the audio system in various locations like Detroit, Frankfurt, Geneva, Dubai and Phoenix. Was also Volvos press contact regarding audio systems 1997-2009.The work also included frequent contacts with external suppliers both at Volvo and at the supplier's sites. Internal contacts included the departments of Marketing, Purchasing, Styling, Production, Production Engineering, Public Relations as well as several engineering departments like Interior, Exterior, NVH, Ergonomics and Electrical.Responsible for design and introduction of the world’s first Dolby Surround Pro Logic system for cars in the Volvo C70 Coupe in 1997 as well as the introduction of Dolby Pro Logic II in Volvo XC90. The work included close co-operation with Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corporation.
