Driven by - at least - two passions: Teaching and brewing with wild yeast. Innovative learning techniques: I am implementing Flipped Learning, Learning Styles, Cooperative Learning and games in my teaching. I'm currently diving into Blended Learning.I run a small micro brewery, Vestslesvigsk Bryghus Aps. I focus on spontaneous fermentation - I haven't bought any yeast for a couple of years. All the beer is fermented with yeast from the local environment. The result is beer with a dry, acid and wonderfully complex character, you should check it out...I have launched a couple of succesful crowdfundings for the brewery. Currently - march 2017 - I am crowdfunding for the third time. It's a great way to to raize fundings and building relations with the customers!
