Reliability and Maintainability Engineering using Failure Mode Effective Critical Analysis (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).

• Performed System Assurance Analysis (SAA) on Ground support Equipments using RELEX 2010 / “Wind-chill Quality Solutions ” software.• SAA includes Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Safety Hazards Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), System Criticality Analysis, and End To End Analysis• Mishap Investigation Team: Determined through the failure investigation process that a software failure was the root cause of an Auto Guided Vehicle (AGV) mishap and recommended the corrective action. Also, determined the root cause and the appropriate corrective actions for both the Chain Failure and 5G Shock Indicator Failure.Achievements:1) Improvement in Customer Relationship by providing error free SAA’s with the result Boeing got better Award fee so the rating went from “Area of Emphasis” AOE to “Watch” to clear; was presneted the NASA “Honoree” award.2) Suggested the development of system where QA, Safety, Logistic, Engineering working as a team by Communicating, Collaborating and Sharing Knowledge using spoke and hub .

• Successfully resolve technical problems including steel cracking problem, Engine Starter, Avionic Components failure etc, working in conjunction with suppliers. • Support engineering and successfully went through FAA Audit (ACSEP) per 8100.7 B with zero findings.• Support customer service failures in the field. Achievements: Set up NDT Program to an acceptable industrial standard and saved $75K by training and certifying Level I and IIs per ASNT /NAS 410 requirements by bring from outsourcing to in house training.

• Solid Rocket Booster (SRB): Performed Fault Tree Analysis prepared Hazard reports and FMEA/CILs on flight hardware for Space Shuttle SRB Subsystems.• Supported in construction of the Reliability Model (RM) for EAPU using SAPHIRE and RELEX software.• Developed a “Software System Safety Plan” for Cockpit Avionics Upgrade program for Space Shuttle Program. Participated and made presentation to NASA Level II System Safety Review Panel (SSRP).
