Primair heb ik de focus op het bewaken van de prestatie van de door GSN gecontracteerde Vendoren. Deze bewaking geschiedt door het analyseren van de tussen GSN en de Vendoren contractueel afgesproken KPI’s en bij afwijkingen het initiatief nemen om deze te corrigeren.
