My main technical interest and experience is in embedded software development. I was involved as a manager/project leader in many products and projects. I managed groups of professionals in this field for more than 20 years.Besides the technical field, I became interested in developing personal skills for professionals in a technical en educational environment. That is why I am now responsible for the education of engineers. Building open teams with mutual respect and shared responsibility is my drive. This will motivate the students and the jobs of the teachers will be interesting and teasing.The field of embedded software is getting more and more mature. That is why I am building knowledge and introducing methods from other fields (like Agile and Extreme Programming) in the embedded software (and hardware) domain. The curriculum of our students also covers this area of their professional training.My goal is to expand my knowledge and experience in other related fields and to share it with professionals in many fields.Specialties: Coaching and teaching (young) professionals.Creative in building teams and processes that work in innovative environments.
