Responsible for sales technical support, after-sales service team, outsourcing product procurement,quality standard, quality control and ISO9000 system ● Making and implement technology strategy in accordance with company's Strategy and object ● Setting up technical Team(including staff recruit,orgnization,position and responsibility) ● Responsible for soluiton of the customer requirements ,Organizing the technology/price/ quality review for project ● Supporting for related department on technoloy training,technical standard & documents ● New product design and development ● Production drawings management ● OEM supplier development/evaluation/assessment/procurement ● Responsible for the service of after-sales ● ISO9000 Quality management system establishment ● Responsible for customer complainment(internal and external), ensuring customer's satisfaction ● Establishing the Quality Standard and process flow such as incoming ,process control ● Responsible for statistic and analysis quality cost ● Supplier Quality review and regular audit
