As a Business Operations Analyst, I worked in the Client Order Management (COM) Team, which are responsible for the handling of client investment instructions into/from pooled funds as well as cash flows into separate accounts. Alongside interacting with clients, portfolio managers and other internal teams to ensure conducive investment activity, I set up COM to deliver on key strategic objectives by increasing BlackRock’s straight-through-processing rate by onboarding 25 clients onto a new digital platform for client investment instructions.

My objective in this position was the successful coordination and management of logistics for the biggest careers-focused campus society network in the United Kingdom, operating at more than 30 universities.The role included reaching out and liaising with a wide range of companies and their recruitment teams to create diverse events for UCL students. While communicating with attendees, securing premises at campus, creating registration and sign-up forms and being responsible for the effective running of the organisation, my team of 3 executives aimed to secure new sponsorships and utilise student feedback to improve future events.

180 Degrees Consulting is operating at over 100 leading universities and aims to combine first-hand consulting experience with projects in social entreprises, non-profits, charities, NGOs to maximise social impact. The project included the implementation of a new theory of change and execution of an impact measurement metric to assess the £3m London charity's current situation. One of my main tasks was to facilitate one of two workshops for our client, which our team used to outline short-term recommendations to the charity as part of one of our key deliverables.

During my 6-week Tax Consultant internship I worked in the team of Transfer Pricing in BDO Hungary’s Tax division, preparing financial documentations and market research detailing intercompany transactions on behalf of a wide range of clients. In accordance with OECD guidelines and state law, I assisted the management in making taxability determinations undisputed and in preparing thorough transfer pricing documentations in three languages. Smaller tasks included financial analyses, extracting data and producing reports.

As an active member and later Vice President of the Society, I orgsanised weekly Model UN sessions at Milestone Institute, an afterschool programme for talented Hungarian high school students, teaching public speaking and research. I attended three international conferences, where at two of them I obtained the Best Delegate Award for my outstanding participation and public speaking skills.

During this Internship at eduXite, a Management Consulting company based in the UAE, I was tasked with increasing the company‘s social media presence to boost recruiting. By conducting web research and customer care, I managed to increase the customer base by more than 100% through starting a wide-reaching social media advertising project.Moreover, I initiated and assisted Management with database restructuring leading to a more efficient system and international correspondence.
