I have thirty years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, program development, facilitation, skills training, project management, an entrepreneur and area consulting. My career began with a fortune 500 company winning National Honors in Sales which led to further accomplishments. Over a decade of experience within a global corporation combined with excellent organizational skills provided a solid platform for self-employment while raising a family. In 2011 and in keeping within the corporate environment, I sub-contracted as a Content Manager within the Knowledge Sharing Department of an American multinational oil corporation. I then moved to a Project Management role heading up an IT SharePoint migration of 127 customized sites delivering quality, timeliness, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. I was organized and efficient in managing a team of IT developers while monitoring website maintenance, updates and portal customizations. I served as the key contact with the client for content management requests, accessing knowledge management tools and resources, facilitated process and technical training and consulted clients in the Knowledge Sharing process from across the globe. I effectively communicated cohesive messages and guidance on proper implementation of Knowledge Management to the client on a regular basis.Before and after my accomplishments working within Knowledge Sharing, I assisted in building a successful insurance agency from the ground up. We are now ready to expand our talents and venture into my own agency where I will be able to provide more products to my client base. I work with all levels of individuals, couples and families to provide the products that will offer them the right amount of protection for their needs and their pockets. I have cultivated a passion for customer relations throughout my careers and am understanding of the unique concerns and needs of my clients.
