About Hanson Quan
I love to make things, whether it's electronics, gadgets, sculptures, furniture, photographs, or food. I want my work to have utility while at the same time provide inspiration. When I'm not creating, I get restless. The permanence or physical nature of this work is not as important to me as the fact that I've been part of creating it. I enjoy this process, and I enjoy how motivating and rewarding it is to work with excellent people towards a common goal.I am an electrical engineering professional experienced with both technical and project management aspects of the entire ASIC design and production flow, as well as subsystems containing complex PCBA designs. I focus on defining requirements and turning concepts into reality. Volume and quality of results, as well as reusability are my priority. Fostering mutual respect and creating common objectives across all team members for long and short term success is tremendously important to me. I inspire creativity and a sense of humor in my work.My main career role has been a technical and project leader, with ownership of architecture, specifications, digital design, physical design, resource/schedule management, and customer interface. In my career, I have been a part of more than 35 different product and ASIC releases.Personally, I create LED art and other electronics, using a variety of techniques, including 3D printing, carpentry, and laser cutting. I also enjoy playing music, and international travel. And I am a Star Wars nerd.
Listed skills include Asic, Debugging, Soc, Fpga, and 47 others.
