Delivering large-scale projects for a leading stakeholder communications agency in London. Working with clients based across Europe and South-East Asia, I have delivered a range of both print and digital corporate communications materials for predominantly FTSE 100 companies. Key responsibilities include:-Working as the day-to-day contact for clients including easyJet, Kingfisher, British Land and Temasek in Singapore.-Managing the full delivery of projects from budget and schedule development, quality control and output and print management processes.-Co-ordinating different teams and workflows from across the business to meet client demands and deadlines. Alongside this working within my own team to ensure availability of resource and training junior members.-Between May-July 2019 I worked on the management and production of the Temasek Review 2019 for Temasek Holdings, based in Singapore. This included 3 weeks spent working in the client’s office in Singapore, during which it was my responsibility to manage our production team, liaise with the client as the first point of contact, manage budgets and help ensure quality and content across the 6 work streams was consistent.
