I support early-stage health tech and climate tech companies and social impact organizations as a fractional COO, leadership coach, and consultant.Right now, I'm helping to build Reverence, an early-stage health tech company working to raise the quality and sustainability of care models for the elderly. Our technology platform enables more effective staffing and care operations for home care. Previously, I helped build One Acre Fund into an award-winning social enterprise serving millions of farmers across 10 countries in Africa. I am an ICF-certified leadership coach (PCC). I have a passion for coaching early-stage startup founders, social impact leaders, and leaders who are used to being the “only” in the room. I specialize in helping leaders navigate the challenges that come with stepping into new and bigger leadership roles. I coach female executives (with Chief) and leaders at tech, energy, health care, and financial services companies (places like Block, Cengage, Schneider Electric, CVS, and Softbank). I also work with leadership teams to help them become more inclusive and drive better business results. I've worked in climate tech, health tech, agriculture development in Africa, book publishing, journalism, and foreign policy, always in pursuit of work where I can build something new--and generate tangible social impact.
