Represent Meta's Office of the DPO (ODPO) in all relevant matters, including informing, providing advice to the business, and responding to any internal queries concerning the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and all other EU privacy and data protection matters• Lead the risk-based intake cadence which enables the ODPO to make informed decisions about the prioritisation of review areas• Oversee the design and ongoing execution of the program activities related to European data protection governance and associated processes and controls• Evaluate the impact, and monitor the performance and effectiveness of data protection policies and standards, and undertake other privacy and data protection-related reviews • Enable people success at the ODPO, leading teams with an inclusive and development-focused philosophy, ultimately augmenting Meta's data protection talent • Partner with relevant industry peers, academics and regulators through a thoughtful networking strategy and speak regularly at external events, ensuring the voice of the DPO is present at key professional fora

Provide management for the design, plan, and execution of Turner’s global data privacy operations program, including Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Cross-border Transfer regulations. Maintain and update Privacy Program and Policy documentation as needed in coordination with senior management and legal counsel. Administer Turner’s Consent Management Platform which is operationally responsible for documenting consent, cookie compliance, data mapping, data inventory and data subject rights requests. Administer Turner’s Governance Risk Compliance platform used to execute privacy controls, track remediations, exceptions and risks. Manage the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance monitoring to ensure that all privacy concerns, requirements and responsibilities are addressed. Manage and conduct vendor and privacy impact controls assessments on systems and processes to assess risk and compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor and track global privacy and data protection regulatory frameworks. Reviews privacy practices and conducts periodic internal compliance audits and as required audits of sub-contractors and vendors to assure compliance with contract requirements. Manages the collection, analysis and reporting of privacy program data and metrics for continuous process improvement. Develops privacy training and improvement materials and conducts training regarding privacy and quality awareness. Oversee remediation and corrective action plans, resulting from audits, investigations, privacy reviews, and self-identified issues. Manage a team of analysts responsible for supporting Turner’s Privacy Operations. Manage and execute Turner’s Payment Card Processing (PCI-DSS) self-assessments Manage and execute Turner’s Privacy by Design program
