I am a certified Target Training Coach and specialize in helping athletes improve their mental toughness and enjoyment of their sport by empowering her them with mental skills. I have studied psychology, mental training and leadership at different universities and since 2005 worked in the field of Applied Sport Psychology. I am also the founder and CEO of Target Training where we provide comprehensive performance enhancement training for athletes through one-on-one consulting, team workshops and lectures. In addition, we consult with youth sport clubs and coaches seeking to learn how to incorporate mental skills into their training.I also have extensive experience from leading and managing teamwork, specifically within airline crews, where targets and goal oriented performance is essential. Drawing from this experience I can apply many different areas directly towards teamwork and mental performance under pressure within sports.The teamwork experience also makes up the foundation for the Couples and/or Life coaching sessions that also are a part what Target Training offers to its customers.
