2022-Aug –> SOS Alarm Sverige AB: Worked as category manager. Manages and implements consulting and other call-off agreements, etc for the organization. The work includes spend analyzes, building category management primarily towards the IT side's suppliers, follow-up and control of suppliers, vendor management, contract management, and so on. SOS Alarm is not subject to LOU, but generally carries out its procurements within LOU's framework, which are always preceded by NDA agreements with potential suppliers as the service is classified.

Initially creating a life-cycle thinking and take management with a Perigrine / HP solution and since 2016 with ServiceNow. Thrives when given missions and authority to make a difference:-)

Created a centralized procurement function that handled distribution on a global level after demand, procurement and networking became priority areas and the network side needed to be transformed from an older solution to a more demand-appropriate and cost-effective solution. Standards and procurement procedures were tightened and global clients, servers and network solutions were set with new agreements and with suppliers that had the right capacity. The process of purchasing became considered a key strategic function to costs control and it gave me an usefull experience in both domestic and international supply chain set-up, environmentally correct and to increase output.
