He is also working on a project which aims on… Show more In September 2007, Hans started working as a PhD Student at the Transportation Research Institute (Instituut voor Mobiliteit, IMOB) of the Hasselt University in Diepenbeek. IMOB is known for its fundamental and applied research on (activity-based) modelling of travel behaviour, traffic safety and logistics. Hans’s research is situated in the domain of mobility and concerns predicting the effects of specific policy measures on human travel behaviour. He is also working on a project which aims on constructing a tool for (local) traffic policy evaluation. Next to his research activities, he is involved in the academic bachelor and master programme in Transportation Sciences as a teaching assistant. Show less
