Panoramic Production provided logistic, production, and marketing expertise for various experiential marketing and audiovisual projects nationwide.• Manage all aspects of program logistics and on-site execution• Serve as on-site contact for all partners including the client, marketing agency, and event site personnel• Drive vehicle to and from each event in a timely and safe manner• Comply with DOT laws• Proper operation and maintenance of all vehicles and tour elements along with setting-up the event assets once on the event site. • Provide prompt event reporting within 24 hours of each event, including positive and constructive feedback to improve the events effectiveness • Develop a thorough understanding of client’s business and industry and train brand ambassadors accordingly• Track the tour budget and element inventory• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately on a weekly basis• Ensure all client goals and objectives are executed and interface with client as needed• Manage and train up to 25 brand ambassadors depending on the size an scope of the tour

The tour consists of a 3 man team and a 48 ft trailer that expands into a mobile brewery tour experience. I meet with the local distributor (POC) and decide where to set up the event site for optimal consumer engagement. During the event, I give 10 to 15 minute mini tours explaining the process of brewing Budweiser beer.

I managed a touring team of 4 and temp staff of 6 to 8 activating a college student style combine and sampling program following ESPN College Game Day for 15 weeks. Assets included a Ford 450 with a 40 foot Goose neck trailer hauling all assets for the combine along with two Toro Workman HD’s used as mobile sampling vehicles. We also had a 20 foot F650 refrigerated truck to haul our sampling product. Sampled 6200 twelve oz cans per weekend.

Tour Manager for the GE Healthymagination Pavilion at various PGA Golf Tournaments including the Waste Management Phoenix Open, the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and the HP Byron Nelson Championship. Responsibilities included driving a 53ft. tractor trailer/logistics, meeting onsite POC and setting up the 20x40 event site, training and scheduling staff (4 to 5), managing event, troubleshooting electronics (multiple plasma screens, internet, lighting, lunar in body composition scales), client interaction, breaking down event site, and event recaps.

The touring staff consists 4 tour coordinators and myself as tour manager. I am responsible for site checks, hotel bookings, DOT compliance, logistics, monthly budget reconciliation, and temp staff (10 to 22 depending on the event). The tour consists of 4 tractor trailers, 3 of which are interactive static displays. Our market is nationwide attending High Schools, Universities, NHRA, NASCAR, live music events, Air Shows, etc. .
